Photographs of a mysterious white, animal-like figure reportedly spotted near the US-Mexico border have sparked speculation about what the creature could be. While some have suggested it may be an unknown animal, UFO investigator Jaime Maussan has raised the possibility of something far more unusual.

The alleged sightings took place in the Valley of Juárez, a rural farming region in Chihuahua, Mexico, near the Rio Grande. According to Maussan, residents have become concerned after reports that an unidentified creature has been attacking livestock and smaller animals, including chickens, roosters and rabbits.

However, the claims remain unverified. Authorities have reportedly received no confirmed reports supporting the alleged sightings or attacks, leaving the identity of the mysterious figure uncertain.

Photographs of the Unidentified Creature Emerge

The images were reportedly captured by camera traps earlier in October and presented at a press conference in Mexico on October 17.

Four research assistants working with Maussan said they estimated the creature’s size by comparing its proportions with a large brick wall it was seen climbing. Based on their observations, they believed the figure measured almost six feet from its head to the end of its tail, with the tail itself estimated to be approximately three feet long.

The available surveillance footage did not show the figure walking upright on two legs. Nevertheless, Maussan suggested that it might have the ability to do so.

Members of his research team also claimed the figure did not resemble familiar wildlife found in the region.

According to the reports, animal specialists were consulted about the images. They allegedly concluded that the figure did not appear to be a typical mammal, while also raising the possibility that it could be undergoing some form of mutation.

No independent identification of the animal has been established, however, and the photographs alone have not confirmed what the figure actually is.

UFO Investigator Suggests a Possible Interdimensional Origin

Although Maussan has not definitively identified the creature as extraterrestrial, he has proposed several unusual explanations for its appearance.

In an interview with the Daily Mail, he questioned whether the figure could be an intelligent being from another dimension or something connected to other unidentified entities.

He acknowledged that its presence remained a mystery, raising questions about where it came from and whether it could have arrived alongside other beings.

Speaking to NetNoticias.Mx, Maussan described the figure as a potential predator and expressed concern about its reported behavior.

He emphasized that he was not claiming it was an alien, but characterized it as frightening because of its alleged intelligence and agility. He also said he did not believe it was attacking people, while suggesting that the reports were affecting residents and their livelihoods in the Juárez Valley.

Despite these statements, the theory that the creature originated from another dimension remains speculation rather than an established explanation.

Authorities Have Not Confirmed the Alleged Attacks

According to Maussan, his investigation began after an unnamed boy reportedly witnessed the creature taking a chicken.

That account has not been independently verified. Juárez Civil Protection authorities reportedly said they had received no reports of a dangerous unidentified creature in the area or of animals being carried away.

Police on the Texas side of the border also told the El Paso Times that they had not received reports of unusual encounters or farm animal deaths linked to the claims since Maussan began discussing the alleged sightings on October 5.

The lack of official reports has left significant questions unanswered about whether the creature exists as described and whether any livestock attacks have actually occurred.

For now, the photographs have not provided enough evidence to establish the figure’s identity, its origins or the nature of its alleged behavior.

What Does This Mean for Claims About Alien Life?

The unusual reports have renewed speculation about unidentified creatures and the possibility of extraterrestrial life. However, claims involving aliens or interdimensional beings require evidence that goes beyond unusual photographs and unverified eyewitness accounts.

The US government has stated that no physical evidence has been recovered proving that UFOs are extraterrestrial or that alien life exists.

Until further evidence emerges, the mysterious white figure near the US-Mexico border remains unidentified. Whether the images show an ordinary animal, an unusual sighting or something else entirely has yet to be established.
